Registered Nurse - ICU - SD
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Registered Nurse - ICU - SD will monitor critical care patients, assist inpatient bedside teams, and utilize independent nursing judgment to provide high-quality care during 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess patient health data and determine nursing diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans while evaluating patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and contribute to the professional development of peers
Required qualifications:
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of RN critical care experience is required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse with one unrestricted state license
- Certification in specialty preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
