Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse II for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic, video, or asynchronous messaging visits with patients and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide high-level oversight of patients' transitions of care and manage pre-visit offerings
- Support the development of expanded nursing services and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in specific states with no disciplinary action
- 3+ years of outpatient/ambulatory RN experience and 1+ years of working knowledge of Milliman Care Guidelines
- 1+ years of experience in basic behavioral health interventions and virtual-based practice
- Spanish language fluency is a bonus
