Registered Nurse Improvement Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Improvement Advisor to enhance organizational performance through strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate planning and implementation of performance improvement strategies
• Provide oversight to performance improvement activities and analyze data to identify areas for enhancement
• Utilize and teach process improvement methodologies to support operational efficiencies and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum of two years of experience in operational process improvement or healthcare management preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
• If a registered nurse (RN), must hold an unencumbered RN license
• Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
