Registered Nurse in Clinical Informatics

Job Summary

Supporting the integration of clinical reports and information systems, the full-time Clinical Informatics Registered Nurse will coordinate homecare and hospice services, provide direct support to physician groups, and maintain a detailed understanding of current information systems in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of homecare and hospice services, ensuring effective communication of patient needs and changes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in clinical informatics and oversee the agency's computer system and departmental equipment
• Provide training to provider staff on the usage of information systems and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license and CPR certification
• Experience in clinical informatics or a related field
• Ability to perform medication reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong understanding of homecare and hospice services
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and competency requirements
