Registered Nurse Maternity Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maternity Case Management Supervisor who will manage the case management staff and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and support team members in the Maternity Case Management Department
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to gather feedback and address concerns
• Oversee team caseloads and provide emergency coverage as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted license
• BSN is strongly preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a Case Management role
• Previous experience in a Maternity case management program preferred
• CCM certification required within the specified timeframe
