• Oversee daily operations and performance management of in-house nurse consultants

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a healthcare setting
• Ability to provide technical medical guidance related to claims management
• Experience in performance management and staff development
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
