Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Record Abstractor to join their public health team on a part-time, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

Receive assigned cases and contact healthcare providers for access to medical records
Abstract information from various medical records and enter it into the MMRIA system
Attend quarterly case review meetings and present findings from case abstracts

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in obstetrics, antenatal, and postpartum care
Must be a registered nurse with an active license
Valid Florida driver license and auto insurance
Experience with data entry and navigating electronic medical record systems
