Job Summary

Offering a flexible per diem opportunity, the Registered Nurse - Minnesota will conduct home visits to assess clients' medical, functional, and cognitive status while managing their own schedule and earning extra income on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as required
• Complete assessments accurately and comply with all instructions
• Communicate promptly regarding file status and return assessments within 24 hours

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota
• Experience in health assessments or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Familiarity with electronic assessment tools
• Willingness to travel within a 75-mile radius for client visits
