Offering a per diem opportunity, the Registered Nurse - Minnesota Licensed will conduct client assessments in their homes, focusing on medical, functional, and cognitive status, with flexible scheduling available nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as required
• Complete assessments promptly and return them within 24 hours after the appointment
• Communicate effectively with the organization regarding file status and appointment times

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota
• Ability to conduct assessments independently in clients' homes
• Experience with electronic assessment tools or willingness to learn
• Flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling
• No prior experience in blood draws or specimen collections required
