Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Nurse Navigator (Temporary role, PT to FT).

Key Responsibilities

• Submit accurate eConsults on behalf of primary care providers
• Ensure complete and accurate clinical information is available for specialist review
• Monitor overdue eConsults and communicate information to the RNN Manager

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active unrestricted RN or LPN license
• 2+ years of experience in the nursing field
• Familiarity with eConsults is preferred
• Experience working in a multispecialty medical practice/clinic is preferred
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
