Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and virtual care through various communication methods
• Document patient interactions within EMR and follow clinically validated triage protocols
• Coordinate patient care activities, including lab and prescription orders, while troubleshooting technology issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience, preferably in ICU or ER
• An active compact unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Passionate about patient care and triage with strong multitasking skills
