Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician - Med/Surg Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships and mentor staff
• Implement performance improvement tools and share best practices across units
• Lead clinical nursing practice, support staff development, and manage performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• BS/BSN required; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated competence as a Professional Staff Nurse
• Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the practicing state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
