Registered Nurse Oncology Navigator
Job Summary
Managing a moderate caseload of oncology patients, the full-time Clinical Care Navigator, Oncology Flex will coordinate referrals, clinical triage, and follow-up while navigating provider systems to enhance patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advisor to patients, promoting the benefits of Carrum's Centers of Excellence
- Manage a caseload of 125-150 oncology patients, ensuring coordinated care and follow-up
- Document clinical workflows accurately and collaborate with external providers for seamless care delivery
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Experience in Oncology nursing or oncology navigation required
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative or patient-conversion role preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
