Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Operations Manager: Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of direct reports and drive operational initiatives
• Lead clinical implementation efforts for new technologies and workflows, collaborating with various teams
• Manage change and adoption of new tools, ensuring compliance and standardization across processes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license; compact preferred
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with at least 3 years in clinical technology implementation
• BSN from an accredited nursing school; MPH or informatics-related master's degree is favorable
• Experience in driving team adoption of new workflows or tools
• Proficient in multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools
