Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize workflows related to medication management, hospital coordination, and client triage
• Provide direct client care, including RN coverage during peak demand and triaging emergencies

Required Qualifications

• Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) designation
• Experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
• Proven ability to lead and develop healthcare teams
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and recovery-oriented care
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
