Job Summary
Driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Registered Nurse Operations Manager will oversee utilization reviews, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with client-specific standards while enhancing overall team productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the Group Health division, managing workflow, staffing, and timely completion of clinical reviews
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and implement performance improvement plans as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve operational processes
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Utilization Review/Utilization Management experience
- Experience in healthcare operations leadership in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of medical necessity review and utilization management principles
