Job Summary
To drive overall program performance and client satisfaction, the fully remote Clinical Operations Manager (Care Management) will lead multiple operational teams, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, compliance, and financial objectives while fostering a high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Associate Managers and frontline teams to meet operational metrics and client commitments
- Provide coaching and development to enhance leadership capabilities and employee engagement
- Serve as the primary operations contact for client discussions and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Active unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare operations experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing managers or senior leaders
- Experience managing productivity, quality, compliance, and service-level performance
- Experience leading large, multi-team operations
