Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN - Patient Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient concerns using various communication methods
• Develop care plans and coordinate care for patients experiencing health issues
• Provide medication management assistance and ensure adherence to established standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Indiana, Illinois, Washington, Ohio, or Iowa within 1 year
• Diploma in Nursing
• Experience in nursing
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as required
• Familiarity with telehealth and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
