Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Patient Safety Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and investigate assigned cases related to patient safety for veterans, ensuring timely completion
• Conduct audits on cases for accuracy, completeness, and quality, achieving an expected accuracy of 90% or greater
• Perform evidence-based research and write case summaries to determine if care standards were met

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current, active license in the state of residence
• 2-3 years of Med Surg experience
• 2 years of clinical experience
• Patient safety experience
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance
