Registered Nurse Plan Liaison

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Registered Nurse Plan Liaison will develop, plan, and implement projects while serving as the key point of contact for conflict resolution and guidance with plan providers, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison on projects, facilitating communication and conflict resolution with plan providers
• Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with contractors, providers, and healthcare industry supporters
• Create and distribute presentations, guides, and educational materials to support project deliverables

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, or an active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• One year of relevant experience in healthcare or project management
• One year of experience in process improvement or quality assurance
• Experience in conflict resolution with customers or clients
• Preferred experience with Medicare Part C related appeals activities
