Registered Nurse Pre-Service Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Service Coordinator Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review pre-authorization requests for skilled nursing and rehabilitative services to determine medical necessity
• Coordinate patient transitions from community or acute settings to appropriate levels of care
• Educate facilities on the pre-service denial process and support new delegated contract start-ups

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in oversight and supervision of assistants (CNAs, PTAs, OTAs)
• Experience with physician engagement and crucial conversations
• Ability to work any shift, including flexibility for early or late hours based on business needs
