Job Summary

Registered Nurse Program Supervisor, responsible for full-time clinical administrative supervisory work in coordinating program services, quality assurance, and personnel services within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance and provide leadership, including coaching and mentoring clinical staff
• Serve as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team, ensuring effective communication and task assignment
• Conduct quality assurance activities and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience and 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes
• Broad understanding of clinical licensure rules and compliance regulations
• Ability to lead and supervise a team in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and initiative with a solid work ethic
