Registered Nurse Project Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact or liaison on projects
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide education and guidance to plan providers
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, providers, and stakeholders in the healthcare industry

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, or active RN license
• One year of relevant experience in healthcare or project management
• One year of experience in process improvement or quality assurance
• Experience in conflict resolution with customers or clients
• Residency in the United States for at least three of the last five years
