Registered Nurse Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance clinical operations, the full-time Registered Nurse Quality Analyst will review clinical audits for accuracy, mentor auditors, and recommend process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review the accuracy and consistency of clinical audits to ensure correct findings are marked
• Assist in mentoring clinical auditors and provide updates to training and user manuals
• Conduct root cause analysis on errors and recommend process changes to improve quality and performance

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a license in good standing in the state of residence
• 7+ years of home health experience
• Previous auditing experience
• OASIS certification and/or coding certification preferred
• Experience coding or auditing Home Health OASIS and non-OASIS claims
