Registered Nurse Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a A&G QA USRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and educational support assessments and coordinate the quality management program
• Train A&G clinical staff on processes, policies, and systems, and mentor new employees
• Develop and update training manuals to reflect new training approaches and departmental changes

Required Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any of the 50 US states required
• MCG certification preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health-related fields required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with appeals, grievances, UM, claims, QA, CMS & MCG guidelines
