Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of peer review case reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of clinical or related field experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medications
• Ability to operate general office equipment and multiple software programs
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
