Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that reports meet quality standards
• Assist in resolving client complaints and ensure adherence to federal and state mandates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate general office equipment
• Proficient in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently while prioritizing tasks efficiently
