Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports, ensuring compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of peer review reports, ensuring clarity and evidence-based rationales
• Verify compliance with client specifications and state mandates, documenting all findings accurately
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Active RN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
