Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure the quality and integrity of peer review case reports, adhering to client agreements and regulatory standards, while working fully remotely from Monday to Friday with a set schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and related documents
• Ensure recommendations are supported by clear, evidence-based rationales and comply with client specifications
• Identify inconsistencies in reports and collaborate with peer reviewers for necessary clarifications or corrections

Required qualifications:

• Active RN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
