Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform remote reviews of peer review reports, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure evidence-based rationales are provided
- Verify compliance with client instructions, state mandates, and ensure the accuracy of clinical citations
- Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active nursing license
- Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of at least 40 W.P.M
