Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

To support high-quality healthcare delivery, the full-time Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator will ensure the integrity of peer review case reports while working remotely, adhering to client agreements and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and verify clinical citations are current and reputable
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• Active RN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
