Registered Nurse Quality Manager
Job Summary
Owning the development and execution of Leap's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, the full-time Remote Registered Nurse Quality Manager will ensure high-quality care delivery across all partner networks, manage clinical vetting processes, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage Leap's QAPI program, including root cause analysis and performance measurement
- Vet, credential, and oversee network partners to maintain consistent quality standards
- Monitor safety data trends and deliver quality reporting to leadership
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years as an RN, including 2+ years in clinical quality or patient safety
- Direct experience with QAPI or equivalent quality improvement programs
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to define and defend quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
