Job Summary

To support the growth of a mobile IV therapy team, a part-time to full-time Registered Nurse Recruiter will source and recruit qualified nurses, manage talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified Registered Nurses for mobile IV therapy roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through the ATS system
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews while educating them on the opportunity and company culture

Required qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting nurses or clinical professionals is a major plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms preferred
