Registered Nurse - Remote

Job Summary

Providing digital support to members, the part-time Registered Nurse - Remote will engage in clinical oversight, biometric monitoring, and communication management while collaborating with a care team to enhance patient health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support through chat engagement and in-app messaging
• Triage and manage member digital communications and clinical program alerts within 24 business hours
• Conduct remote patient monitoring and document adverse events as necessary

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing, preferably a compact license
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM
• Strong technology experience with electronic health records and in-app communication
• Ability to adapt communication techniques to serve a diverse population
• Must have a home office for private conversations and high-speed internet access
