Registered Nurse - Remote

Job Summary

Providing essential support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Registered Nurse - Remote will manage incoming calls, document assessments, and follow proprietary algorithms to triage workplace injuries during evening and night shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls from clients in a call center setting
• Document calls accurately and efficiently while adhering to HIPAA compliance policies
• Utilize Medcor's Triage Algorithms to assess symptoms and concerns of injured employees

Required qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls and work every other weekend
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and strong technological skills
• Private workspace at home with high-speed internet access
• Willingness to complete a 6-week training program with a non-negotiable schedule
