Registered Nurse (RN) - Compact License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work from home at a rate of $34/hr starting on 4/20/26.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services
• Conduct nursing assessments and triage using computer-based algorithms and protocols
• Identify patient care needs and make appropriate health care referrals

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend days every two weeks
• Experience in telephone triage and understanding of health benefit plans is beneficial but not required
