Registered Nurse (RN) - Compact State

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services
• Conduct nursing assessments using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Identify patient care needs and make appropriate health care referrals while adhering to company policies

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend days every two weeks
• Experience in telephone triage and knowledge of health benefit plans is preferred but not required
