Registered Nurse (RN) - Compact State

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical assessments and health education using the Nursing Process and established protocols
• Conduct triage assessments for individuals or defined patient populations based on quality management guidelines
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and company policies while processing calls and providing care recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in acute care settings
• Ability to run multiple computer programs simultaneously and apply clinical knowledge effectively
• Must reside in a compact state and maintain a compact multistate license
