Registered Nurse (RN) - Multi-State Licensed

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote Care Advisor will provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services while engaging with a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and provide clinical evaluations using telecommunications in line with established protocols
• Utilize critical thinking to identify patient care needs, risk factors, and appropriate healthcare referrals
• Adhere to nursing standards and company policies while processing calls based on quality management guidelines

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and residence in a compact state
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute care settings
• Ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously and apply clinical knowledge effectively
• Bilingual skills are a plus
