Key Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and timely while providing exceptional service to members and providers
• Support members with post-Teladoc visit needs, maintaining knowledge of policies and guidelines
• Conduct health coaching and maintain detailed case documentation in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active RN, BSN or MSN, NP in good standing
• 1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge base of prescription medications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
