Registered Nurse RX Fulfillment

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Registered Nurse RX Fulfillment will process prescriptions, provide member support through various communication channels, and manage daily assignments to meet department performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and providers by processing prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage daily assignments to support members with post-Teladoc visit needs, ensuring compliance with established protocols
• Maintain detailed case documentation and communicate empathetically with members, utilizing conflict resolution skills as necessary

Required qualifications

• Active RN, BSN or MSN, NP in good standing
• 1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge base of prescription medications and proficiency in medication dosage calculations
• Customer service experience in a health care setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
