Registered Nurse - School Health
Job Summary
Providing registered nurse services remotely on an as-needed basis, the part-time hourly Registered Nurse - School Health will support the eSchool Nurse Case Manager and assist with school implementations while focusing on student health assessments and care.
Key responsibilities
- Consults with school administrators to determine health goals and services for students
- Maintains nursing care plans tailored to individual student needs and provides health education to students, staff, and parents
- Facilitates referrals to community health services and maintains confidentiality of student health records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required
- One to three years of experience in healthcare, preferably in community health, pediatrics, or mental health
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license
- RN licensure required within the states providing service within 120 days of employment
