Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Senior Care - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing processes to provide care for assisted living and long-term care residents via phone and video technology
• Coordinate clinical and operational components of the Senior Care Service line, ensuring efficient processes and responsiveness
• Document clinical work, register new residents, and communicate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program preferred; approved nursing program acceptable
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required
• Experience in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or clinic triage strongly preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license required
