Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Care Team Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workforce management, including staffing, queue assignments, and payroll
• Manage compliance with regulatory timelines and coordinate with internal teams for escalations
• Support onboarding and training of clinicians and collaborate on clinical quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of hire
• Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited nursing school
• 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in an acute care setting
• 3+ years of clinical quality or case management experience in a managed care setting
• 1+ years of leadership or mentorship experience
