Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, Utilization Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workforce management, including staffing, queue assignments, and payroll
• Manage compliance with regulatory timelines and coordinate with internal teams for escalations
• Support onboarding and training of clinicians and ensure adherence to department policies

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) licensure
• Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in acute care
• 3+ years of utilization review experience in a managed care plan or provider organization
• 2+ years of leadership experience
