Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, InterDisciplinary Consult Team (IDCT).

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to a team of clinical professionals
Collaborate with management to implement policies and oversee quality program initiatives
Lead innovation and transformation initiatives to improve consult processes and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
3 years of experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities
Experience in Case Management or transferable clinical experience
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in eNLC compact state
Must be a Certified Case Manager or eligible to sit for the exam within 3 years of employment
