Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, InterDisciplinary Consult Team (IDCT).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to a diverse team of clinical professionals
• Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures for consults and case management
• Lead initiatives to improve consult processes, patient outcomes, and team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing
• 3 years' experience in a clinical role with responsibilities for direct patient care
• Experience in case management or transferable clinical experience
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in eNLC compact state
• Must be a Certified Case Manager or eligible to sit for the exam within 3 years of employment
