Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, UM Clinical Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workforce management, including staffing, queue assignments, and payroll
• Manage compliance with regulatory timelines and coordinate with internal teams for escalations
• Support onboarding and training of clinicians and ensure adherence to department policies

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of hire
• Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in clinical practice in an acute care setting
• 3+ years of utilization review experience at a managed care plan or provider organization
• 1+ years of direct-report leadership experience of a clinical team in a healthcare organization
