Registered Nurse Supervisor - RN License

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and operational performance for a remote team of up to 20 RNs
• Conduct regular audits of RN performance and documentation to ensure clinical quality compliance
• Provide performance coaching and manage team member performance through structured feedback

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) compact license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing RN
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in clinical quality assurance
• Experience in a high-volume, metric-driven operational environment
• Prior experience managing a remote workforce is preferred
