Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Registered Nurse Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, collaborating with supervisors and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and attract top-tier talent.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source, assess, and pre-qualify candidates to identify top talent aligned with organizational needs
- Engage both active and passive candidates through strategic sourcing methods, including social media and recruitment events
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics within the ATS to provide insights and drive data-informed decisions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a healthcare setting
- 2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proven experience with the talent acquisition process, including sourcing and offer negotiation
- Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
